RESOLVED: To approve and sign the minutes of the Council’s meeting held on 08/06/17

No issues were voiced regarding the minutes.
5 County Councillor’s monthly report.
The County Cllr presented a synopsis of her diary from 14/06/17 to 12/07/17

Apologies re-attendance at May meeting. She referred to her recent appointment as Chairman of Conwy’s CBC Planning Committee for the next two years.
Maes Aled Llansannan, Complaints from residents regarding vermin problem. Conwy CBC and Cartrefi Conwy aware of the issue.
6. Suspend the Standing Orders

RESOLVED: Contact Conwy CBC + Pursue estimates to have the hedge cut next winter.

11.8 Cllr Elwyn Jones informed the committee of his wish to withdraw his appointment as Vice-Chairman.
