CYNLLUN GWEITHREDU BIOAMRYWIAETH / BIODIVERSITY ACTION PLAN
CYNGOR CYMUNED LLANSANNAN (Grŵp 1) LLNANSANNAN COMMUNITY COUNCIL (GROUP 1)

1. CYFLWYNIAD
Mae'r cynllun hwn yn nodi camau ymarferol y bydd Cyngor Cymuned Llansannan yn eu cymryd i gynnal a gwella bioamrywiaeth yn unol ag Adran 6 o Ddeddf yr Amgylchedd (Cymru) 2016.
1. INTRODUCTION
This plan outlines the practical steps that Llansannan Community Council will take to maintain and improve biodiversity in accordance with Section 6 of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.

2. AMCANION
- Cynnal a gwella bioamrywiaeth leol.
- Codi ymwybyddiaeth o bwysigrwydd bioamrywiaeth ymhlith trigolion.
- Cefnogi ecosystemau cydnerth a chynaliadwy.
2. AIMS
- Maintain and improve local biodiversity.
- Raise awareness of the importance of biodiversity among residents.
- Support resilient and sustainable ecosystems.

4. MONITRO A GWERTHUSU
- Adolygu cynnydd bob 6 mis.
- Cyhoeddi adroddiad ar wefan y Cyngor.
- Casglu adborth gan drigolion.
4. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
- Review progress every 6 months.
- Publish a report on the Council's website.
- Gather feedback from residents.

5. CYFRANOGIAD CYMUNEDOL
- Hysbysu trigolion drwy hysbysfwrdd a chyfryngau cymdeithasol.
- Annog gwirfoddoli ar brosiectau natur.
- Cynnwys ysgolion a grwpiau cymunedol.
5. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
Inform residents through notice boards and social media.
- Encourage volunteering on nature projects.
- Involve schools and community groups.

6. ADNODDAU A CHYLLID
- Gwneud cais am gyllid drwy raglen Lleoedd Lleol ar gyfer Natur.
- Defnyddio adnoddau presennol y Cyngor lle bo modd.
6. BUDGET AND RESOURCES
Applying for funding through the Local Places for Nature programme.
- Using the Council's existing resources where possible.

7. CASGLIAD
Mae'r cynllun hwn yn gam cyntaf tuag at greu cymuned sy'n gwerthfawrogi ac yn gwarchod ei bioamrywiaeth leol. Bydd y Cyngor yn parhau i adolygu ac addasu'r cynllun yn Ôl yr angen.
7. CONCLUSION
This plan is a first step towards creating a community that values and protects its local biodiversity. The Council will continue to review and adjust the plan as needed.
